There’s no need to install any additional drivers if you are using Windows XP. If you are using Window 98 then you have to install USB drivers supplied on the CD. The driver will enable Windows 98 to recognise USB flash disks. Q: The player will not turn on. A1: Try inserting a new battery. A2: Connect up to the computer to see if it is recognised. A3: Player may be damaged, call TeleAdapt for a replacement Q: The player will not play WMA files from Windows Media Player A: The 128MB player is not compatible with version 9 of Windows Media Player. You can check the version by clicking on HELP in the top tool bar of the program, followed by ABOUT WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER. The version will be displayed like so 8.xx.xx.xxxx or 9.xx.xx.xxxx (X-number). If you do have windows media player version 9 or higher, uninstall it and download media player 7.Alternatively use other programs such as Musicmatch (http://www.musicmatch.com/) or itunes (http://www.apple.com/itunes/).
