Which dress would be best for my freshman winter formal?
Both of those are cute, but very short. You might want to keep looking for a different dress that isn’t so short. If you have you heart set on one of them, I would go with number 2, because it is simple, you can wear it more than once, and there are more color options for it. The first dress looks good in the picture, but in real life the ruffles might be weird. If I were you I would bring a friend/ family member w/ you and ask their opinion when you try it on, or if you were planning on buying it online, buy both of them and send back the one that doesn’t work for you. You want to make sure you really like the dress if you are planning on spending that much on it.
