Which do you think is better a mossberg atr 100 or a remington 700?
Hold on now The remington (in it’s basic 700 model) compares to the mossberg. They look similar, they are made just as well, they are going to shoot the exact same. There have been excellent reviews of the mossberg. The mossberg is a couple hundred dollars cheaper (enough money to get luepold mounts and a good 150 dollar scope that will last forever). With all of this considered, the mossberg gets the nod and I wouldn’t think twice about it. It’s a no brainer unless you want the remington for it’s name brand only. Now I will concede that some of the other 700’s are “better” than the mossberg. But let’s not compare a 1000 dollar rifle with a 400 dollar rifle. There is no comparision.
