Which diet is best, Scottish slimmers or Slimming world?
I would say slimming world but I have just lost 4 stone using green days with them .I still have to lose another 2 stone to lose,but im just on maintenance at the moment,I have to work my self up to losing again next week, I wanted to do it in stages it doesn’t seem so daunting that way.
