There’s not many places that are really warm at that time of year – North Africa and the Sinai Peninsula are your best bet – but around the Red Sea rather than the Med. Cyprus _ Paphos is relatively warm during the month of January although the evenings can be a little chilly you will also have access to wheel chairs and all sorts of equipment on hire last winter the weather was mild summer right up to mid february
