Which Democratic Candidate will unite the Republican Party against them?
The hard core Right hates both so either one will unite them. But then again they’d unite against anyone who didn’t get Rush Limbaugh’s endorsement. Some of them, particularly the religious nutz, may sit it out if they don’t get what the theological ideologue they want but I think that’s a relatively small number. The moderate Right is where the slippage is but even there, they are more likely to unite behind a relative moderate like McCain than running off to liberals like Hillary or Barak. From the perspective of the Right, Hillary and Barak are equally disastrous. They just hate Hillary more because they are still PO’d over making fools of themselves trying to impeach Mr. Bill.
