Which Dart Heads 200cc or 215??

I am trying to choose which way to go with the heads I buy for my flat top 383. Here is what I have in mind, I already have a prepped factory roller block that is bored 30 over, so I know that I want to go 383 with it. The pistons are going to be hyper flat tops (most likely speedpro) with bushed rods and pistons and a 9000 series crank. I am not going to ever spray this motor. I also am trying to choose either hydrolic roller or solid roller, since I already have the spider tray and factory rollers I am leaning that direction but don’t know how big would be too radical for the street use. So, my thinking is to go with a set of Dart Iron Eagle 215cc heads with 64cc chambers, 2.05 intake and 1.6 exhaust, that way I can atleast grow into them if I want to go bigger. The intake is a pro plus crosswind (I think that is what it is). I can go with either the 12 bolt that is under the car with 4.56 gears or a 8.5″ 10 bolt that has 4.10 gears and a 28×10.5 slick when on the track and a Th-350
