Which CRM system is better, Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.com?
Hi Rob, Fact is neither is better than the other on a straight comparison…but one (or something else altogether) will best suit the optimised business processes of the client organisation. The cruical step is to develop detailed functional specifications for system selection – then match the core functionality of the tool to the processes identified. Case study after case study shows that failure to do this leads to the vast majority of systems implementations (mostly those who don’t take the process steps) failing to meet the objectives set for the implementation. So, from my perspective one is no better than the other until you match it up to your specific, detailed needs.
