The Chief of Naval Education and Training has identified certain courses that offer potential danger to the students and instructors due to the course environment as “HIGH RISK” . The following courses are High Risk courses: A-830-0018 AS/SRF-Basic A-830-0000 Unknown Name K-495-0045 Gen Shpbd DC J-495-0412 Gen Shpbd F/F J-495-0413 Shpbd A/C F/F J-495-0414 Air Cap HELO F/F Team Eval J-495-0416 Gen Shpbd F/F (SCBA) J-495-0418 Shpbd F/F Team Eval J-495-0419 Adv Shpbd F/F Students attending High Risk courses must be medically qualified by their parent commands’ Medical Departments prior to reporting for training. The High Risk course screening forms must be completed as a prerequisite for attending courses that require these forms, and students will not be enrolled without them.
