I’d also like to suggest Clayton in Johnston County. I can speak for a community of those looking for organics closer to us here when I say there is a definate need here. We don’t have near as much in the way of organics as does the Chapel Hill area. I quick search on realtor.com came up with several properties noted as good for farm use. One was 15 acres for 199K. Another was 33 acres (some wooded) for $275K. Good luck and please do post back if you start an organic farm!
