Which country is the largest/highest population worldwide?
Today, China’s population is over 1.3 billion, the largest in the world. Worldwide there are many, many millions of people with Chinese origin. In Canada as an example we have 1,000,000 people with Chinese origin. China has been the world’s most populous nation for many centuries. The single largest ethnic group on the planet by far is Han Chinese, which represents 19.73% of the global population which is 60 million more than the entire Chinese peopulation in China & this is just for the Han Chinese.
