Which country is more multicultural/multiracial – Singapore or Hong Kong?

Although I don’t have specific data to back up my claim, I’d say that Singapore is definitely more multicultural than HK. It’s a tiny country but has four official languages (English, Chinese, Malay, and Tamil) and most of its citizens are either immigrants or of foreign descent. While HK is also one of the more multicultural regions of China, it still is Chinese territory dominated by Chinese people. For work, I’d rather live in HK though. The British influence on the region makes it a friendlier and more livable place than Mainland China. Although Singapore has a reputation for excellence, I hesitate on the idea of living there because of the heavy social engineering policies there.
