Which country has the greatest history,culture and traditions?
I am an American, but if I had to choose just one, I would probably pick a country like China. For so long their country was closed to foreigners and with the exception of the Mongols, there was very little imported culture from other nations (and the Mongols were mostly assimilated during the lifetime of Kubla Khan, so there was very little evidence of their occupation). If you look at most Western/European nations, there is such a history of repeated conflicts and immigration that the cultures are co-mingled. There are shared parts of the languages (Romance languages from the Latin), shared religions, etc. China is unique (I would say the same for Japan and India) and while there was some interaction, its scarcity created a culture that developed from within rather than as a reaction to other nations with the exception of the importation of Buddhism by India.
