In South America the two best bets would be Paraguay and Bolivia – things are ridiculously inexpensive even compared to other South American countries. In fact, the traveling street fairs that sell copied or pirated goods in other South American countries are often referred to a “Paraguiays.” In Europe your best bets in the Euro zone are Spain and Portugal — and Eastern Europe. France, England, Germany, Sweden, etc … are all ridiculously expensive. In South America the dollar will go about four times further than anyplace in Europe.
