Which company core values contribute the most to success and long term viability?
With the breakdown of so many large and “successful” companies and the meltdown of the economy, I’ve found myself arguing for a slightly different set of core values and behaviors than I did 5 years ago. I was curious to see what other people feel are the most important values to support success and long term viability. I’m finding that there’s a lot of debate and controversy over things that I’ve considered to be “no brainers”, so don’t be afraid to state the obvious. It may not be as obvious or “common sense” as you might think.
