Which companies will train their QA staff to use Mercury testing tools?

I’ve been working as a Quality Assurance analyst for 5+ years. However, my company doesn’t use any of the Mercury software testing tools. Many QA jobs seem to want candidates to have experience using these tools. Does anyone know of companies that actually train their employees on how to use these software testing tools?
