Which college basketball pundit has the best NCAA tourney prediction track record?

Seth Davis has been my favorite, with Dick Vitale being a close second. Seth Davis seems to have a real good track record and real good success in recent years. In terms of predicting the bracket before it is released, Joe Lunardi is very good. But in terms of predicting the games, Lunardi’s success takes a huge dive. Vitale has excellent pre-season advice. He has predicted the NCAA championship winner the last 3 years before the season even started. So in the off-season he certainly is the best guy to listen to. As far as the actual bracket filling out goes, Seth Davis has been the best as far as I know. Hope this helps!
