Which circuit has more current, parallel or series?
The current in any circuit depends on the supply voltage and the circuit resistance. Lets assume you are using the same supply voltage in each case: Series Circuits ~ The more components (lamps) you connect in series, the higher the circuit resistance will be hence the current will get less. Parallel Circuits ~ The more components (lamps) you connect in parallel, the lower the circuit resistance will be so the current will be higher. Hope this helps.
