I enjoyed that. Helping others isn’t just a human trait, and not one that comes from God, but a trait that is within most animals for preservation of the species. But I’m a (non-religious, spiritual) Christian, and I accept tortoises.

St. Francis of Assissi might have preached a sermon or two to tortoises. I think the “Franciscans” were started by him.

Thank you for that. Animals cooperating is a well established fact. Any real Christian denomination would accept all of Gods creation.
