Which Chinese dish is favorite among foreigners?
It depends on the province you are in. I assume that you are travelling to China and will want to try out the signature dishes of each province. There really isn’t a favourite dish among foreigners. Beijing has its Peking Duck, Sichuan has its claypot spicy dishes, you get the idea. Just take the chef’s recommendation and you won’t go wrong. Note that a lot of food may be spicy, especially for the Sichuan province so be careful of what you are ordering, just look around at other tables to find out first, or ask the server if the food can be less spicy.
