Which cellphone is better a Cingular 8125 Pocket PC or a Palm Treo 650?

The excel features (by Document-to-Go) on Treo 650 are functional, at least for the basic features I use. I’d imagine that if you want to use some more advanced features, Pocket PC will have an edge. The voice quality / reliability for Treo 650 are average. If you talk on your phone a lot, I will not recommend it. (I heard that Treo 700 is muuuch better but it doesn’t work with Cingular). Here is a review of the 8125 Pocket PC.

I am not sure which features you are in the market for, so I am including the breakdowns of each of the devices from the same site – Mobile Tech Review. From what I see, the main drawback of the Treo is lack of WiFi capability, but this may have been solved in the new 700p which replaces the Treo 650 on Sprint and Verizon. They gave the Treo 5 stars and the Pocket PC four. Also, if you do decide to get the Treo 650/700 definitely get the PalmOS version instead of the Windows mobile version b/c I’ve read in several reviews that the Windows mobile version is buggy and not as user friendly as PalmOS. Their reviews are really in-depth, so if these summaries are helpful, it may be even more so to read the entire reviews. Cingular 8125 Pocket PC [http://www.mobiletechreview.com/cingular-8125.htm] Conclusion: The Cingular
