Which case types are available in WebCivil Local?

At this time we are able to provide information on Civil Cases (CV), Replevins (RE) and Transfers from Supreme Court (TS) for all available courts. Commercial Claim (CC), Landlord-Tenant (LT) and Small Claim (SC) cases in all City Courts in the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 10th Judicial Districts and the Buffalo*, Port Jervis, Poughkeepsie, Rye, Tonawanda, and Yonkers City Courts are also included, as are Name Changes (NC) in the five New York City Civil Courts. *NOTE: Landlord-Tenant cases in Buffalo City Court are not currently available. For information on pending cases in the Housing Courts in New York City (Bronx, Kings, New York, Queens and Richmond Counties) and the Buffalo City Court in Erie County, please visit our WebHousing site by clicking here. Arbitration Cases are not currently available.
