These are 2 completely different cameras. The Panasonic is compact and you could take it anywhere, while the Fuji S1800 is much bigger, but more versatile. Fuji’s in general are better in low light situations and produce less noise at higher ISO settings than Panasonic cameras. Both will be fine outdoors.
