Which calls qualify for no extra call charges in BT Business One Plan Plus?
The following calls do not incur call charges under BT Business One Plan Plus where these are to numbers within the One Plan Plus inventory: • Calls to 01 and 02 inland destinations. • Calls to 05 numbers charged at G21 rates. • Calls to 07 numbers charged at fm1 – fm12 rates. • Calls from BT mobiles, except if International roaming calls. Calls to numbers other than those shown in the inclusions list are not zero rated under One Plan Plus and are therefore chargeable, for example: • Calls to 03 number ranges. • Calls to 05 numbers charged at G6 rates. • Calls to 07 numbers charged at fw rates. • Calls to or from BT Mobiles on Service Provider tariffs on the O2 network. • Calls made using Openzone hotspots. • 3G data calls to Mobile destinations. Note: Roamed received charges are also not zero rated on calls to international roaming mobiles.
