Which businesses does the parent, Sulzer Technology Corporation, operate worldwide?
Our parent holds an 80% stake in our company. Our business in India is organised similar to the global structure of Sulzer Corporation, Switzerland. While we have these businesses in the form of various divisions under one legal entity viz. Sulzer India Ltd., our parent operates through subsidiaries. Our Chemtech division is controlled by Sulzer Chemtech, while Compressor Division reports to Sulzer Burkhardt, which is a part of Sulzer Roteq. The Textile Machinery division sources its products from Sulzer Textil, Switzerland and Italy. The only exception is Sulzer pumps, which is now manufactured by the recently acquired Khimline pumps in India. Sulzer India and Sulzer Pumps India are the two companies through which the parent operates in India in Industrial products.
