Which brand of textured paint is the best for internal walls?
Before painting the walls with texture, be sure that this is something you really want because it is very hard to remove once you tire of it. I have seen walls textured with the “sand” texture paint and it is not impressive, as the other writer said. I would definitely stay away from the sand paints. I would also stay away from any texture paint that creates bumps, points, etc. Check out this link for some basic info before starting your project… http://www.superpages.com/supertips/text… As a professional painter, I would suggest that you go with the smoothest texture paint you can find. One that raises the surface slightly, covers imperfections and looks more like a troweld on plaster appearance. You will be happy with this look for a long time. I did this same look in my office which had walls in very bad shape. I could opt for gutting and redrywalling or the “plaster” look to cover the problems. I
