There are several clients that are not recommended for use. Several of them have been banned at various sites. We currently have not banned any of them….. yet. Most of them are banned because they do not play nice with the tracker. Here are a couple common clients that are not recommended. • BitComet, BitLord – they pound the tracker • BitsOnWheels – pounds the tracker, can mess up your stats • Shareaza • Transmission (pre-0.72)- pounds the tracker, can mess up your stats • x-torrent – pounds the tracker Again, the most recommended clients are Azureus and uTorrent. Both of these clients play nice with this tracker and just about any other tracker out there.
