Which beef jerky favour is best?
Make some that is much better. I actually make home made jerky. I bought some of those stackable dehydrators. What you do is mix , water, brown sugar, honey, teriyaki sauce malaises (not much) and a little bit of regular mustard ( I prefer to use plain Frenches brand) in a Tupperware container (sample this as you go to get the flavor just right) mix well. Buy some London Broil Meat, and cut it into 1/8 of an inch thick strips (like really thick bacon). Cutting with the grain makes it extremely tender and it pretty much desolves when you eat it, cutting against the grain will make it chewy (you chew on one piece for 5 minutes or more before your even close to swallowing it) never give children jerky that is cut against the grain, they’ll choke on it. Anyhow, take the strips of meat you cut up and put it into the sauce you made and put it into the fridge over night with the lid on it.
