Which Beatles songs did John Lennon play in his solo concerts?
Lennon almost never revisited Beatles songs after they disbanded. He did perform “Come Together” with Elephant’s Memory at Madison Square Garden (at the “One to One” concerts in 1972), and “Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds” and “I Saw Her Standing There” with Elton John in 1974, back at the Garden. He played “Jealous Guy” privately for Elliott Mintz and a Japanese couple, in a hotel suite in 1977, which he’d begun in the Beatles years.
