Which banks, credit unions or other financial institutions use TransUnion ONLY (not Experian) for credit decisions?

I have contacted 50 institutions via email or in person, and 90% of all credit decisions that change American lives everyday are determined by a banker pushing enter on a computer that automatically used Experian data to make an automated decision. This database monopoly decides who get to buy a house, car, get insurance, move, get a new job, etc. Let me know if you know of any alternatives.
