Which author do you prefer out of Philippa Gregory, Allison Weir, Jean Plaidy?
I’d have to go with Philippa Gregory; although I’ve enjoyed several of Allison Weir’s books recently, she doesn’t quite live up to Philippa Gregory. My favourite Philippa Gregory book would have to be The Other Boleyn Girl, although it’s a tough choice because she’s a fantastic author. My favourite Allison Weir book is probably Innocent Traitor, I thought that was fantastic. I’m not much of a Jean Plaidy fan to be honest, but I did think Uneasy Lies the Head, the first book from her Tudors series, was quite good.
