Preservative-free, low to medium viscosity drops are the most suitable for soft contact lenses (e.g. Artelac EDO)***. As well as preservative-free drops and those containing preservatives, low to medium viscosity drops are used for hard contact lenses (e.g. Artelac, Artelac EDO)***. Eye gels (e.g. Vidisic, Liposic)*** should not be used in connection with contact lenses.
