Music in particular (well, here I’m thinking at Bach not at Eminem) can have an incredibly repetible value. That is, I can read a book a couple of times, I can stare at a painting for 2 minutes, but I can listen some piece of music hundreds of time, always finding something new (again, I’m speaking about somethin like classical music or jazz, not Britney’s last song. I’ve nothing against, say, Britney. I can ever say (in internet anonymacy) that I like Toxic single, but I cannot listen it twice in a row, because become boring). What I like about music is the incredible range of emotions that can make you feel. And even if I studied just 2 years of piano when I was 40, I like to sit at the piano and make my hands move on the keyboard trying to follow the ghost of a musical idea.
