Which are the results for all of Salesian Brazil of the RSE project?
Greater unity and motivation in the schools and respect for administrative, pedagogical and pastoral aspects; greater integration among Salesian Schools, among educators and the provinces; growth in the national identity of the RSE, ongoing formation of the educators at the local and national levels, growth in the quality of learning, greater leadership among the students in scholastic and social life, greater opportunity for dialogue and discussion on shared problems and many others. There are difficulties, but they are gradually being overcome by networking. As a participant at the General Chapter, what message would you leave for all Brazil? As Chapter members we are living a great and profound experience of networking, of communion in an intercultural context. We feel the appeal to renew the sense of belonging to the Institute and to the Church, to re-enkindle the passion for the educational, evangelizing mission together with the young people.
