Which are the MISARCeasyvoce modules used by each solution?
Both IP Trunking and IP Telephony solutions employ VTC (Voice TransCoder), VS-CH (Voice Server for Call Handling) and VS-OM (Voice Server for Operation and Maintenance). VTC is a gateway (see glossary definitions) that must be connected on one side to LAN and on the other side to the PBX or phone. Three types of VTCs can be used: VTC 4x (two or four BRI interfaces independently configurable as User or Network), VTC 4A (four analogue interfaces independently configurable as FXS or FXO) (see glossary definitions), VTC 30x (one or two PRI interfaces). VS-CH is a software that can be loaded on one of the VTCs or on a dedicated platform. It provides switching and call handling functionalities, together with signaling interworking.
