Which are the healthiest fruits and vegetables to eat?
In a balanced diet, all fruits and vegetables are healthy. However there are some foods I try to eat every day: seaweed, onions, parsley, and apples — seaweed for minerals, onions and parsley because they are highest in bioflavinoids — and apples because the doctor says “an apple a day…” — apples aid digestion, and so help your body to extract nutritive properties from all foods (I believe papaya and pineapple have the same properties, it’s just that I live in an area where the climate is too cold for papaya and pineapple).
