Amongst the various mass communication courses offered by colleges in India the best ones according to me by order of preference are the following : Mudra Institue of Communication – Ahmedabad ( very well known worldwide) Indian Institute of Mass Communication – New Delhi (well known) Symbiosis Institute of Mass Communication – Pune (well known has name worldwide) Manipal Institute of Communication – Karnataka, India The above colleges offer specialized courses in Mass communication…However there are other colleges in India that offer an MS degree in Mass Communications. Christ College, Bangalore is one amongst them. Even St Xaviers in Mumbai offers the same. Good luck!
