its a good question but you need to take into different accounts, the scale on the rictor scale depends the higher it is the more devistation it could cause, it could also cuase tsunami like what happend a few years ago, it would also depend on the location if the earthquake was in london then it would be a huge disaster compared to a bomb in the desert, the earthquake means you need to rebuild your communinty bombs mean your community gets destroyed and if their nukes you and people for thousands of miles around you can get diseases from it over all probably nuclear bombs are worse hope this helps
