Which are famous buildings of medeival period?
In England, some striking medieval buildings include Westminster Abbey, the Tower of London, Canterbury Cathedral, Dover Castle, York minster. There are many cathedrals and castles throughout England which are very striking, I have only mentioned a few of the most spectacular. In France, the great cathedrals of Notre Dames, Chartres, Rheims, etc are quite spectacular. And Venice still retains many spectacular medieval buildings, including St Mark’s, the Doge’s palace, etc. In Spain, the astonishing Alhambra Palace in Granad is a relic of medieval Muslim Spain. Some of the buildings mentioned in the comment above are NOT medieval. Do not mention Stonehenge or the Colosseum, you will not get good marks for describing those as medieval!
