Which applications is VocaBase® supporting?
VocaBase® is well suited to applications for which you need to browse a large selection of possibilities before starting a transaction on one of them. For example: • A vocal server that gives entertainment information: the server offers access to a database or events that are organized by date, by region or by type (theater, concerts, cinema, etc.). For booking, a call transfer can be made to an operator. • A vocal server that gives access to a product catalog with a list of shops where these are available. Products are sorted by type, price and shop. Shops are sorted by location. • A vocal server that gives real-time traffic conditions: the server offers specific traffic events (accidents, delays, work, etc.) that are sorted by region, highway number, exit number, etc The information is constantly updated.
