These include Applied Biosystems AmpFlSTR® Identifiler®, Profiler Plus®, COfiler® and MiniFiler™ amplification kits, Promega’s Powerplex® 16 amplification kit, and the ABI PRISM® 3100-Avant™ and ABI PRISM® 3130 Genetic Analyzer detection platforms.
