In India (I have been there many times) there are the two well established airlines – Air India, which is the biggest international airline, and Indian Airline, which is essentially a domestic airline. Then there are numerous new airlines that have appeared in the last few years (and I do not know much about them – I know they hire a lot of pilots – which means to me that they also need many flight attendants) – All these airlines do train there own flight attendants – they do not hire flight attendants from certain schools – each airline is specific about training – how long the training is, what type of airplanes and which routes are flown. You should send a CV to each of these airlines (research their websites and addresses) and apply for a flight attendant position.
