When the first “Scooby-Doo” film came out, many people were disappointed, yours truly included. And yet inexplicably a sequel was made, “Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed.” Neither film made the critics very happy (except the critics who live to trash a film, and even they probably felt that it was just too easy with this franchise).
