The Renault Grand Scenic 1.5 dci 106bhp 7 seater is the lowest emission 7 seat MPV available in the UK at 146g of CO2 per kilometre. It also has combined fuel economy of 52.3 MPG which is pretty good, ( It won’t do that when full of people though!) Price is from around £13700 online. Next up is the VW Touran S TDI 90 starting at 156g/km and combined MPG of 47.7 MPG starting at £12785. These are both fairly small 7 seater MPV’s- ie no luggage room when full.
