Which 7 seater car is the best with lowest emissions?

The Renault Grand Scenic 1.5 dci 106bhp 7 seater is the lowest emission 7 seat MPV available in the UK at 146g of CO2 per kilometre. It also has combined fuel economy of 52.3 MPG which is pretty good, ( It won’t do that when full of people though!) Price is from around £13700 online. Next up is the VW Touran S TDI 90 starting at 156g/km and combined MPG of 47.7 MPG starting at £12785. These are both fairly small 7 seater MPV’s- ie no luggage room when full. If I was choosing between them I would go for the VW Touran because; Better residual value in second hand market Better build quality and reliability Cheaper to buy initially Difference in road tax negligible. If you want a full size MPV with good emissions, there is not much choice. Basically the Ford Galaxy TDci 100 has 166g/km CO2 emissions and has 7 decent seats and a decent boot. Build quality is good and the car is pretty good looking. Other alternative is Ford S Max from 1.8TDCi with same engine- slightly smaller than a Galax
