Whether representations can be made to the Commission direct in connection with the Selection Committee Meeting being held?
Ans: State Govt are the custodian of all service records of the State Service Officers. Any grievance relating to service records may be routed through State Govt. If the matter also requires attention of the Commission including court directions etc, advance copies of representations may be forwarded to the Commission.
