Wheres the Simple Potato Salad Recipe?
Hello, I am a firm beilever that potatoes should be cold when the sauce is put on, otherwise they just soak it up and you have to use much more to get the same effect. I use cold tatties, cut up, mayo, salad cream, loads of salt and pepper, and creme freche chen I have it in, to liven it up a bit I usually add chopped spring onion, I find the raw chopped onion too harsh and it repeats on me for days or alternatively you can use mustard to give it a wee kick.HTH.
