The Nurburgring is in Germany (Europe). The best way is to take a plane. Fly in to Frankfurt-Hahn or Bonn-Cologne (less than one hour driving to the ring) or main airports Frankfurt main and Dusseldorf (less than an hour and a half). Cities close to the Nurburgring are Cologne and Koblenz.
