Wheres the best place to get Fish and Chips in NYC?
the Chip Shop! There are two in Brooklyn. One is in Park Slope and the other is in Bay Ridge. It’s basically pub fare and then some. If you’re feeling more adventurous you can order some hagis there too, but as the menu says, you shouldn’t order it if you don’t already know what it is. Another good place for food in the fish and chips vein is a place called A Salt and Battery. I believe that is in the Greenwich Village area. I haven’t tried the place myself, but my friends rave about it.
