Wheres the best place to camp?
The ‘best’ place is where you have the most fun! We’ve found state parks are simplest. They ususally have complete facilities — flush toilets, showers, well marked trails, and sometimes playgrounds. Other parks may have outhouse-type restrooms and no showers. Then again, the backyard can be best for a first night out – especially with young children. There’s a website that lists all US State Parks sorted by state.
