There are several Ethiopian restaurants in my neighborhood and I’ve tried all of them because I love Ethiopain food. None of them have raw beef on the menu. Few restaurants of ANY type serve raw beef of any kind due to health regulations. And with the chance of e-coli eating it probably is ill advised.
